One Day Staycation

Dim the lights in your bathroom or turn them off and light some candles. Play some relaxing music as you are completing your beauty treatments. Slip into your robe, massage some Argan Oil into your scalp, wrap in a soft towel. Sit down and meditate to get into the mood. Or you could even take a nap. Its your day, do what moves you!

Take a shower and cleanse your skin as you normally. Wash the Argan Oil out of your hair and scalp. Then apply your favorite body scrub and massage in circle motions. Pay extra attention to knees and elbows. Body scrubs usually contain some type of oil, which can make them slippery, so be extra careful. Nothing ruins a good spa day like a trip to the Emergency Room. After thoroughly rinsing off your body scrub, exit the shower.

If you have time, now you can run a warm bath and soak. Add a few drops of lavender essential oil to the bath water. Sip your delicious spa water and you lay back and relax in the warm, welcoming water. Once your worries are soaked away, another quick rinse in the shower before drying off. Pat your body dry with a soft towel. Now is a good time to apply moisturizer. Take your time and massage your arms, legs, hands and feet.

Wrap your hair in a towel or put in a headband to keep hair off your face. Use a lip scrub on your lips.

Apply your favorite face mask. Lie down and place a slice of cucumber over each eye. When your face mask is slightly sticky, but not totally dry, rinse off the mask with lukewarm water, removing the cucumber slices before doing so. Apply a few drops of Argan Oil to moisturize and mist your face with toner.

Now that you are done cleansing, give yourself a manicure and a pedicure.
